If I could I would rate no stars they are soo UNPROFESSIONAL PATRICK THE MANAGER VERY VERY RUDE U MISS ONE DAY HE IS ALREADY HARASSING YOU TALKS VERY INAPPROPRIATE TO HIS CUSTOMER DOES NOT TRY N BE REASONABLE INSTEAD HE TRYS TO BE VERY RUDE BOUT THING.. Total rip off and the worker at the Baytown location is so unprofessional and shouldn't be working with customers because her service sucks. They don't know how to talk to people nor get the point in what customers speak of

Unlike the first store I went to today (which was the closest to my location), this store manager (Patrick) was reasonable and willing to address concerns rationally and with a focus on customer service. I ask a lot of questions and expect contract terms to be honored both in store and online. Since my location was outside his normal delivery locations I can’t get my refrigerator delivered until Tuesday. I’d like to commend Patrick’s professionalism. It was a significant contrast from Crystal in League City.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I will never again waste my money not only at this location but with Rent-A-Center in general. I got a television from them that was almost $800 that I had to exchange after only two months of having it. The TV that I received As a “replacement” Was not worth the same value. Also this TV is Now having issues as well. No damage has ever been done to this TV but yet it cuts on and off whenever it wants. Awful! Don't expect to use the extra warranty, because they won't let you. The women who work there are beyond rude! Took my money to Aarons and got a way better deal without the rudeness and stress!
