My girl Rose is the best! I’ve been dealing with Rent a Center for a few years strictly because of her!!! Yes, the team is great as well but I have to have a favorite 😂😭. She’s very professional and fair, and friendly.
This location is awesome rose and her team go beyond to make sure the customers are satisfied. I have been with rent a center for couple years now. And every experience is always smooth.
Being forced to leave a review is crazy so you guys get a one star. Don’t force people to leave reviews it’s not cool. Besides that the lady who helped me was amazing and she should get 5 stars not you guys

Very unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. They have delivered me a bedroom set without rails. It’s been over a month and nothing have been resolved. I’ve called corporate who says they escalated the situation 3 times and the district manager Josh will contact me whom I still haven’t received a call from.
