My girl Rose is the best! I’ve been dealing with Rent a Center for a few years strictly because of her!!! Yes, the team is great as well but I have to have a favorite 😂😭. She’s very professional and fair, and friendly.

Very unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. They have delivered me a bedroom set without rails. It’s been over a month and nothing have been resolved. I’ve called corporate who says they escalated the situation 3 times and the district manager Josh will contact me whom I still haven’t received a call from. When we try to make a payment even if not the full amount they would not take it at the end of the day they should want the money so we can get an item it’s simple never coming to this place ever again and they definitely do hard as for no reason
