Rent-A-Center has gone seriously downhill since the last time I used them several years ago. The difference in customer service is night and day. When Luis was the manager, he was professional, respectful, and genuinely willing to work with customers. I completed several purchases during his time there and never had issues. My dresser got dropped on delivery and they gave me a whole new dresser and let me keep the old one they are very professional and deserve your business

The new manager is outstanding and so is the team. They work very hard in getting your merchandise delivered and go out of their way to take care of your needs. The District Manager Scott is very professional, knowledgeable and exemplary customer service.

The dryer door broke when it was delivered. The manager said they would order another one to replace it. The number online is disconnected and I went in to ask about it and all the manager said is it’s been ordered nothing else. Still haven’t heard from them. I’ve gone through rent a center multiple times and this is the worse service I’ve ever had. I’ll be paying this off in the next month and won’t be coming back.
