Placed an order, paid, contract signed, delivery date set. Day of i called twice and second call, at delivery time, they tell me the piece isnt in delivery condition and the manager was supposed to call me to tell me and work out details. I didn't receive such call. Not good business from my view

If I could give a negative rating for delivery and installation, I would. The washer and dryer I purchased were NOT installed and working when your employee left my home.

edited version website needs work but does get the job done once i was being assisted employees on the phone were great my washer and dryer were delivered today employee hooked up the washer but not the dryer so had to do that myself (dryer tubing i had needed replaced so maybe that was why) the agent i got on the phone was great but they dont let you pick an appointment window they just give you 24hr notice of their intended appointment and you have to confirm or schedule around your availability after that basically ordere... read more

Got a great bed at a great price and even though they were understaffed the managed to deliver and set it up thanks so much!!!

You all screwed up my address, didn’t give me an option to set up my delivery date and sent me a signed contract for somebody else! If these things aren’t fixed immediately, I’m cancelling my contract! ***Update*** The call center and answering service are still terrible. However, the guys in the store and their District Manager are awesome! I’m glad I gave the in person option a shot.
