Horrible customer service make errors by not properly updating correct phone number. Attempt to explain to management they appear to be very dismissive and incompetent. I've called corporate as well and was sent back to the store to speak with another unprofessional manager with invalid information.
I wouldn’t come here for anything just buy it new. New is expensive, but buying cheap gets even more expensive. My advice to anyone that’s even thinking about buying anything from this company just don’t just go buy it new. This place is the biggest scam. This location sells faulty product don’t stand behind it they remove your insurance without telling you and when something goes wrong they tell you you’re pretty much screwed. Don’t do business with them and there’s nothing they can do about it
At first I did have the best experience with rac in a few locations but whoever Briana is always takes care of business and fixes things. Y'all should really give her a raise
I almost never anything bad to say about the folks at Rent A Center in Lehigh. But very unprofessional on my delivery. I order my mom gas range. 10 days to order and week to have it delivered. Already had my time set. Come to find out my delivery would not be until after 5pm. I had a LP technician someone certified to install gas propane. Call to let him know my delivery time had be changed. He said he was ok but he change my time with another customer. Cost me $75 fee for waiting for and running behind on another sell.
