This store went above and beyond they are so helpful and got my computer fixed right away even tho it took them a little they stayed in contact with me and helped me through everything thank you guys so much they always greet me with the biggest smile and give good deals
I'm giving a 1 star because I'm very disappointed RAC in Salem ohio. I was trying to get tires from them, I was told someone was going to call me so we could discuss installation of the tires. No one has called me, 2 weeks later. With that being said, I went some place different, and RAC will not be getting my business.
Tonya, the store manager has made my shopping experience the most pleasurable and smoothest transaction that a customer could ask for. She is the pinnacle of what the standard of customer service should consist of in the retail world.
This was a pretty good experience! I've been through Rent-A-Center before my boyfriend went through them today we got an awesome computer and we had excellent customer service! The bathroom could use a little attention but other than that the store is clean and well-kept I found out today they offer Michael Kors purses with a payment plan! Tell me where else they do that?! If you go here I recommend you speak with Tanya she is a very nice person and she's willing to help as much as she can. There's other cells that are very good there's a guy I forget his name but he's extremely nice he knows how to put things together real quickly when it comes to your house and put together. Just be careful he is walking on crutches I don't know what happened but he is still a very friendly person and tries to put on a good face.
