Place is a joke.. They will hound you on the payment DUE DATE knowing you get email and text reminders. They call me as soon as they open and then again a few hours later as if I didn’t get the first call and voicemail. I’ll pay you when I’m good and ready.. I have until 11:59 PM on the due date to pay you. Harassing me isn’t gonna make me pay you any sooner.
One star only because I have to! They are awful! They hound you like crazy! Prime example…. I work night shift, payment is due today. They JUST opened up and are already calling me!!! Now they woke me up! Absolutely ridiculous! Are you that hard up on money! I have until midnight leave me alone!
Will is the best, great customer service!!! He will get you what you want and work with your budget. Furniture crew awesome guys. 👌
Amazing had them for years and I never had a single issue!
Overall very pleased with Wills help and knowledge. It is frustrating that I have attempted a few times to change payment dates to my pay dates and that change never seems to stick.
