went in to get a love seat . then was told it would be dropped off at the door . there's no way i can get it inside by myself and i don't have anyone to help me . i understand the need for caution but this is just ridiculous . And then on top of it they said wed have to wait 3 days for delivery. I have been a loyal Customer for many many years and im sad to say I do not think i will ever rent from this store. I miss the people from my old store . They were always super nice and I wish I could rent from them again
