The staff in this store are very unprofessional. My experience has been awful they go out of there way to come to your home block in your vehicles act very foolish and unprofessional. The gentleman Rylan was asked to leave and move his truck as he was blocking in vehicles he told my elderly father “no I’m not moving” and got in my elderly father’s face. Had them for 5 years They are oaffordable if you can't purchase stuff straight out. But I will be honest in the last few months. I don't know what's been going on with my store, but Ive been waiting months for a small little wooden peace to come and I've never heard of something taking almost 3 to 4 months to come in. At this point I might just give the bunkbed back.
Isaac and Brett are super cool guys. I went in looking for a couch, but wasn't able to find anything in my budget. They had one kicking around the back room previously rented and in good shape, but not good enough for the showroom. Exactly what I needed. Nothing fancy, just something not torn or dirty. They hooked me up with a great price and I ended up leaving with a dresser and new TV. Corporate - if you are reading this - give these dudes a raise!
Isaac is doing great! I came into a weird situation & he came through and helped me with no worries & assured me he could help ! I appreciate his good customer service! Also Store has a good selection of furniture & washer/dryers.
They tried. I had an unusual short term rental request . Be patient it takes an hour just to do the paperwork. I left not renting. Good assortment of beds,washer dryers and furniture .
