I want to start by expressing my dissatisfaction with David’s rude and impatient behavior. My mother placed an order on 02/08/2026 and called the following day, 02/09/2026, simply to request an estimated time of arrival. David appeared irritated by this reasonable question and responded rudely, stating that he did not have an ETA and that the order would take two weeks. Requested a washer and dryer August 29. Never got the merchandise and cannot get a refund. I’ve called, gone in person still nothing. My first payment is due soon for a product I never got. The people in store will just tell you they will return your call and never do. Don’t waste your time here
Sucks didn't get my refrigerator till monday when I placed order Fri then I was told they were coming Saturday no one came when they didn't finally deliver it didn't work ive had the fridge since Monday and no one has been back out to pick fridge at all or even try to fix it or replace they suck and I just emailed customer service department ive never had bad experience.
Terrible customer service did not acknowledge us when we came in nor did they ask did we need help completely ignored us and my mom wanted to purchase right then and there so we walked out this just happened as I’m typing don’t recommend them they need to start recommend they need better customer service 💯
First order I make site tells me it in stock only to find out it not in stock so I place another order for a gaming PC only to be told now that it something to due with my income when I was told by another staff that everything looks good with my income there is no issue only to find out the store have all rights to refuse you based on income what the point of doing an approval online to be approved than denied by the store doesn't make any sense.
