I AM A NEW CUSTOMER ONLY BEEN WITH THEM 2 1/2 MONTHS, I WAS ALITTLE LATE MAKING 1 PAYMENT & THEY CAME OUT THAT WHOLE WEEK HARASSING ME , I HAVE FOOTAGE ON MY RING CAMERA EACH TIME THEY CAME OUT THEY WERE SAYING LOUDLY IN FRONT OF MY NEIGHBORS “O SHE DON’T WANT TO COME OUT” WHICH I AM VERY CONFUSED BY BECAUSE IF I DID RUN INTO THE TWO GROWN MEN THAT CAME HARASSING ME WHILE EXITING MY HOME WHAT WAS THE ACTIONS THAT WERE GOING TO TAKE PLACE🤔🤔 SO I DIDNT MAKE THAT PAYMENT DUE TO THAT HAPPENING SO THEY HARASSED ME BEFORE THE 2N... read more

I have shopped at Rent-A-Center for over 20 years and I was just denied to get a living room set when I have a full-time job and proof of income and I will not be shopping there ever again. This is not a way to treat a customer that has bought from your establishment for over 20 years. Good luck!

my whole experience with this particular store was great Eddie was my sale associate and he treated me just like family he made several trips to my home until I was totally satisfied

It makes no sense how you only got about 200 and something left on the bill and they wanna harass you bang on your door all kinds of way don’t care if elders are sleeping or not, I RECOMMEND DO NOT RENT FURNITURE FROM THEM!
