someone put down the incorrect number which happened to be mine. after telling them multiple times that they had the wrong number they continued to call to the point i had to block them.

Ive used quiet a few rent a centers in my years and this one is the most predatory rent a center you fill find. If your payment is 2 hours late. They will call you over and over and run your card over-drafting your account. EVEN after you have told them that you need a few days to make the payment. They will just run the card.

We couldn’t have asked for better service. We were in a tight squeeze because our movers had not delivered our furniture and we had no beds to sleep on. RAC to the rescue! The store Manager made it a special point to pull together a team (himself included) to deliver mattresses/beds to our home so that we would be able to save the money of sleeping in another hotel room. By far the best experience I have had. The staff greets you as soon as you enter the store. They make sure you leave satisfied. If they don’t have what you are looking for they are willing to shop around for you. The management team is amazing. Kadeem is very professional and has worked with me beyond measures. Thank you all for the wonderful experience.
