Very disappointed I have been customer with them for years this last service I had was the worse service ever Patrick was really rude to his coworker told him everything was on him and to sweat it out and figure it out on his own. So this will be my last contract with Danville Ky RAC

The lint trap is falling apart and the handle has come off twice already. Upon delivering they didn’t bring the vent hose and wanted me to wait to get one until they delivered my couch. After my phone call with the store manager to confirm I had it and it was set up (which I heard them turn it on and yes I should’ve micromanaged watched them), as the delivery guys were walking out the door they told me btw we forgot to make sure we had this with us. The furniture is not very good quality. I bought a living room suit outright and in 4 days it broke, of course no replacement. I've got currently 3 bedroom sets, washer, dryer and TV from them. One bedroom suit is falling apart something aweful. They are made very cheap and not worth the price. If you call to speak with management, he's always gone, busy or will return your call which never happens. I'm not very happy with the quality of the products or the fact that I had to trash my living room set because it broke so soon... read more

very good sales people with excellent knowledge of products. only problem is the text messages never apply to me. sales are NOT at local store or product isn't available.
