Ordered some items and they never came waited about a month with them not calling and when I called them they gave me the run around I’d recommend not going here I wouldn’t wait more than 2 weeks for an item to be delivered they are scamming you do better

I have bad experience with these people.. you can’t even be a few days late. Or they will start harassing you. Like no other… can’t even talk to them and make a deal with them, or anything. I tried to be civil with them and tried to work things out.. the boss Mariah is very disrespectful… and so is there driver.. calling me poor when actually I’m not. Very unprofessional. They are always changing the (total amount due). They came and gave me furniture that I do not like as well as putting holes on my walls and floors.

The “managers” that they hire are rude and don’t take care of business well at all. I called to make sure they had the up to date phone number for my account and Mariah proceeded to tell me that someone rented under my account which caused me to not rent and when I was speaking politely to her about it, she hung up on me. The last encounter I had in 2021 was terrible so I quit using them, thought they had changed. Apparently not. Don’t waste your time with them!
