Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. I HAD TO TAKE A DAY OFF OF WORK JUST SO THEY COULD COME PICK UP MY OLD ROOMMATES BEDROOM SET SINCE THEY MISSED THE PROJECTED DATE AND TIME LAST WEEK!!! They were supposed to be here by 5pm nope I had to call them at 7 and ask where they were... THEN TODAY THEY ARRIVE ALMOST 2 HOURS PAST MY SCHEDULED TIME FRAME. THEY SENT A GIRL SMALLER THAN ME TO GET A FULL BEDROOM SET WITH ONE MAN. SERIOUSLY?? Absolutely ridiculous took almost 2 hours for them to get everything out.
