I've been a customer of RAC for over 10 years and have never had any problems, but at this particular store I was buying a dining table and they gave me 9 months to pay with the same cash price, without interest. The salesperson calculated the weekly payments, and at the end of 9 months it should have been paid off. Now, 9 months have passed and I still have 35 installments left to pay. Addy and Nayelis so damn unprofessional and rude. I was sick with covid and i couldn’t move and they kept calling and being rude. I called and told them to come get the couch because I was getting ready to move and I wouldn’t be able to move it, the btc said she would just have them move it for me. I tried to voluntarily give the couch back. They the worst. Especially this location, they rude for one. They act as if you don’t pay they about to lose their job. They harass you until you can’t be harassed nomore. They come to your door daily, they call your job phone. They have the driver call off his phone. It’s wild. In a time like this they don’t have no empathy. Just them and they damn furniture as if the ppl work there bought it. I would be switching companies because they never have nice gear anyways. Do not ever rent from them! If you do not call to make your payment they will call you like 50 times in one day! They harass you constantly until they get their money! They will charge your card without your permission even if you dont have the money! They will show up at your door if you dont answer your phone demanding payment or their property back!
