I have been with RC for more then 15 years!! I love their customer service. Albert the manager is 1 heck of a guy. His team is very caring and considerate to their customers. I highly recommend those location for the BEST SERVICE!! Thank you!!

Poor customer service, they lie to you about fee's on your account, I been a rent a center customer in Las Vegas for years i HAVE NEVER had any issues until I started renting from this location in Tucson Az, I will pay off my stuff but will never do anymore business with this store
