Omgoodness I don’t know where to start. From the first phone call to the actual encounter in the store. I had an amazing experience!!🤩🤩 The staff very customer friendly and trained efficiently! I wouldn’t expect nothing less because the Manager was AMAAAZZZIIINNNNGGGG!!! I’m not so good with names to mention her name but she was all around efficient and relatable and down to earth. Her staff reflects her excellence in management. I happy to have done business with this location.🥰🥰🥰🥰

I been waiting for days for my item I was supposed to be getting my item today 1-4 pm window passed hasn’t arrived. I have to wait another day to get my item .. poor customer service called to get an eta 3 times no one answered.

Jesus and Neisa came to do my delivery today. They accommodated my schedule and did my drop off early. Very kind patient and understanding. Thank you both so much !

After I finish paying off these items, I will never purchase from this location again. The customer service is horrible except for maybe one employee (Edwin) who has been fair. I’ve run through hardships and issues with my family but I have always been able to make a payment one way or another. I am originally supposed to be on a weekly plan but they take it upon themselves to change into a monthly payment, not caring how it affects me, the customer. The sooner I can get out of this contract, the better. But never again will... read more
