Great great great people. Especially the manager there named Tony, he’s a sweetheart very knowledgeable, respectful, put together young man. He went above and beyond to make sure that our washing machine was delivered before the snow came and was also one of the only staff members in store that didn’t have an attitude, one guy kind of shrt very long locs glasses came in , everyone spoke to him, he did not acknowledge anyone, he came in grab something and left very rudely was going to ask his name but didn’t want to cause ... read more
The staff is rude and disrespectful especially some guy that calls himself “Q”. Even with payment worked out with management they harass daily. Save up your money and shop elsewhere.
This is a bad place to do business, I brought some diamond earrings from this place and was trying to return them. They told me they cannot accept the earrings back and I told them I have never had them in my ears and could I please return them they told me no when I took them back the manager stood in the back never came upfront and say thank you. Staff is super nice and helped me get a last minute PS5 for hubby's father's Day gift,over the phone. I designed and they stayed open late so I could come pick it up.
