I absolutely love this location! I have been a customer since 2020. The employees there are nice and gracious! Every problem is solved in a timely manner! I had an issue with my all in one and was picked up and two days later delivered back. The fellas who picked it up and dropped it off are absolutely amazing and professional. Calvin and his team are hands down amazing and will continue to do business with this store because of them and previous employees!!
BRIAN IS EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. HE TRIES EVERYWAY HE CAN TO WORK WITH YOU IN SITUATIONS THAT SOMETIMES ARISES IN LIFE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. SUCH FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND EAGER TO HELP THATS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT.
So my dryer broke and I needed to rent one for 1 month until I moved where there would be a dryer so I wouldnt need it anymore. So I got this package protection plan or something similar and it was 6 bucks and some change! Rent a center came and picked up the dryer end of story or so I thought. I looked on my bany statement and learned that they had been taking out the 6 dollars every month after they picked it up.
