Sometimes a payment gets missed, but it’s always brought up to date within a week, maybe 2. There is no need to blow up people’s phones with numerous calls and/or texts every single day. It’s unnecessary and, in the simplest term, harassment and completely inappropriate
I started an agreement for a NEW TV. When the TV arrived it didn't arrive in a box. When setting it up I found another person's accts on it. I called to inquire about why I got it discounted and was told because it was an open item. I told them how I had another person's acct and that's when their attitude changed and was told oh yeah that's why it was discounted. Since getting the TV it has repeatedly froze and not turned on. do not go there the manager needs to find a new job or he needs to retire and I hate to say that because you do not treat customers the way he did specially the year that we’re having if you’re miserable find a new job and this man needs to find a new job because he lost my business
The manager or older gentleman that works there is extremely rude inconsiderate just not an associate that you wanna waste your time going to the fence fill out paper two hours long it’s just like he does not have time for anybody everyone else there tried to help and he just became miserable like always and was horrible to treat a customer like that done during Christmas trying to buy a little $19.24 volt dirtbike for my daughter yand he told me. I asked them about auto pay and this lady was not happy to talk to me and I looked at my account and already noticed I can take myself off auto pay so I said THANK YOU very nicely and this woman who name is Rachel just hangs up no have a good day nothing very rude in my opinion if you do not like to deal with people get a different job
