Just got off the phone on being a new customer and inquiring on a product and the guy on the phone was rude and didn’t explain how my account runs just told me I’m a level 5 and can’t rent and yet told me that’s what usually customers are when they haven’t rented before. I urgently needed a laptop. I’m a full-time student working part-time, and my desktop crashed, so this became an emergency. I’ve already sent all required documents, including my ID and a verification videos to multiple representatives at different time's. I was under the impression these were received, so being asked to come into the store for in-person verification is difficult and takes too long. Courteous and helpful staff. We only needed a short term bed and couch rental, and they were very accommodating.
where do I even start we got washer and dryer from them when they arrived they were extremely rude and I did not feel safe with the attitude this guy had was saying “who doesn’t have a shovel”in a rude way (it was snowing) and he was making lots of rude unnecessary passive agressive comments I had to call my bf to come home from work to deal with it… now when they picked it up we have brought them upstairs so they don’t damage the walls and my doors got damaged seriously unacceptable
The guys at the Orem store are all awesome, always had good terms and ive had to push a payment a time or two and they were more than happy to help
