I had great experience in the past paying off a king mattress, TV, and laptop so I came back a couple years later and now they hound you over one missed payment, showing up over 7 days late and the store manager is telling me I have to return all the furniture after tons of payments. Don't listen to the store manager if you fall behind just call the 1800 number.
They were very helpful, in finding what I was looking for and I just love their attention to what I needed. Thank you so much for everything.
Very easy to work with and great customer service
One of the delivery drivers came to my house while I wasn't here and yelled at my 55 year old babysitter. On camera. Now I stopped auto.pay bcy washer is broke. We waited all day yesterday for them not to come to the house like they were supposed to. Than when we called, the guy who answered told us he would have manager call us after they blew us off not once but twice! I'm def not happy and can't wait til they are open again!
The workers out of the Harmon Highway office play games in the office, hang up on customers, & you can hear them laughing as they THINK that they’ve placed you on hold. If I am ever late on a payment, their tactics to get a payment are extremely rude & borderline barbaric, specifically someone named JAMES! I have informed 2 different managers about this.
