I have missed three days of work . They are the worst communicators with each other and their customers. I am still waiting on the furniture and they said they would call me back yesterday and I never received a call!!!!!: I also called back yesterday and they NEVER answered my call!!!!! This has been the wrost experience I've ever had with Rent-A-Center It's 10:45 am the next day and still have not called.The worst part I called yesterday at 10 when they open talked to the girl and she said I will after the meeting. Rodney was willing to "please" some manager for an item I wanted, but the guy settled for a baked potatoes, but the fact he did that for me speaks volumes. Francis is beyond helpful and patient. Give you a heads up too they are also married in case some jackass yells it!!
The Manager Francis, is super flirty with my husband to where I no longer even step foot in that store if as long as she and Fabio work with RAC. I don't think it's right to be in a secret relationship with your boss and then get promoted because of it. SMH is the where our world has become?
Save your time , save your money and save your energy they stole my deposit which I never got back and on top of that I never received a product either. Scum of a company if I’d even call it that , should be put out of business for its predatory tactics
The manager Francis was extremely rude to me I wanted to purchase a tv and told me that we don't sell to people like you and walked away and was talking to another employe laughing whispering I knew they were talking about me because they were giving me eye contact across the store I just left
