The people are great, super nice! But-I feel like I'm getting charged for a brand new washer and dryer set, when they gave me a used one. I understand they need to make their money as well but after it's all said and done I'm paying almost triple what it's worth! Plus my weekly payment is obviously supposed to be the same every week but depending on who answers the phone it fluctuates between the normal and $2/$3 more.
