Unbelievable the customer service I received from this place. My fiancé talked to this rude associate, who was just NASTY to him despite him not raising his voice to him. She said they were unable to deliver his PC today, which was fine but she was incredibly RUDE about it when he asked if he could just pick it up today and kept talking about how it was policy and couldn't be done.
