Had some difficulty with a recliner I wanted to get there and they said they were having problems getting it. I kept getting put off. So I went to their competitor and got what I wanted at even a lower price.

So they “checked” my information with just a name and DOB and denied me service because I didn’t “qualify”…it was more so the “manager” (because we know he is not the manager) has a personal issue with a friend of mine that he made extremely uncomfortable. Which has nothing to do with taking my money or business. Pathetic. I took my purchase elsewhere.

These people called me over and over again trying to reach someone that had purchased a refrigerator from them. I explained that I didn’t know this person, although I did have the same last name as the person that they were looking for. The phone calls kept coming and each time I would tell them that they had the wrong number and to please stop calling. I finally started calling them back one morning asking for a random person that didn’t work there and when they would tell me that he didn’t work there I would say thank you ... read more

The staff wasn't helpful if I had a question I had to walk across the store to employee. The furniture looked like they had just repo it all was dirty the New items only clean things in there. I'm sorry I didn't care for this place.
