have had the worst customer service today saying I attacked him while I was actually complaining about the delivery guys not putting thing back together. They took my shoe off and my screen door and took apart half my old stove and never put it back together knowing it was not going to the trash but belonged to the landlord. Is rent a center only hit them up if you need something you can't afford out right or wait to save for cause they have the worst prices on earth. That said the selection is great and staff is incredible. Friendly, helpful and quick. Had me in and out with my ebike in record time.
Brad made my experience so hassle free I was prepared for protracted ordeal we was done in less then 15 minutes. Had a explanation ready for all my questions
