Manager, refused to send payment record. After over charging for a mattress and frame. He also refused to send contract agreement. Eagle Pass rent a center is a joke. They are a bunch of thief’s. SHOP ELSE WHERE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Took out 2 beds for my kids and when they delivered they were just putting the boxes up against the wall and I asked if they could set it up and they told me no because they had other deliveries. Aren’t they supposed to have free delivery and set up?
I looked for used dinette sets in Eagle Pass and everyone wanted ridiculous amounts on Compro y Vendo, second hand stores, etc. for a second hand item that were not only damaged, but also not in the best shape. I decided to go to RAC and scored very gently used practically new dinette set that was super sturdy and at a very great price despite being a rent to own item. Always Friendly , Helpful and understanding , been buying from them for a while , ask for rolando or joe always great help if they don’t have it they will order it for customer satisfaction.
