Amazing customer service. Francisco goes above and beyond. Him and the other delivery driver got my mother in law couches in with no issues. Everywhere else kept saying no to her but Francisco and the other guy made it happen. Recommend this place to whoever.
EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL manager!!! ROB who is The new manager at this location, decided that it was “okay” and “professional” to yell and belittle a customer over the phone on a recorded line. The amount of disrespect, attitude, and the yelling was beyond what Rent A Center claims to stand by.
