Did not even try to bring the couch in just said it couldn’t fit and to find another one even though it was a small 2 piece set. Then gave misinformation when asked for a refund. Stated I had to contact online customer service to get all my money back
This location leaves a door handle ad on my door literally EVERY OTHER DAY. It is so annoying to the point where I will never shop at RAC because they’ve annoyed me without me ever even going in their store My neighbors have expressed the same annoyance especially when they fly off our doors before we have the chance to see them and pollute our walkway. Find a better marketing strategy because irritating potential customers is not the way to go.
IM BIG ON REVIEWS!!!! I called the store to inquire about a clearance item that was on the web. The lady who answered had a very distasteful attitude. Grant it… it’s a Saturday, I’m sure she’s tired from working prior, but… if you could hear it over the phone… SHAME ON YOU!!!! We are living in bad times and peoples hearts has waxed cold. Mrs. Tammy and her team are awesome, they can use some improvements in some areas but they will try to go over and beyond to help you in any way that they can. Keep up the good work I truly appreciate you Mrs Tammy.
At first, we couldn’t get the rental delivered on Monday because their delivery driver quit. On Thursday, I went to pick it up. They got our money, but then wouldn’t give us the rental because they were afraid we would ship it to another location??? And the sales lady was so rude to us on our visit on 5-23-24. I just got a refund, because I was tired of being talked down to and treated disrespectfully. It didn’t seem like they wanted our business.
