I rented a washer and dryer and the washer flooded my laundry room. I called Saturday and he promised to bring out a new one. We waited all day. Never showed up. Then I call again Monday, he'll be there in a hour so I move everything out of the way and low and behold, no one showed up again. Tomorrow is Mardi Gras. I have to work but my hubby doesn't, so maybe this time they'll come out. I am not a happy customer. I don't mind f they're busy but communicate: it's that simple.
