Horrible customer service! They let me pay money & set delivery & texted a confirmation. Then canceled delivery without even a call ! & then I call & get clicked on by the manager & The lady Samantha said they click on people all the time !
Please don’t buy from these people. Maribel that works there called my mom yelling at her because they haven’t picked up an ac unit my mom has been telling them to pick up for two weeks now. They want my mother to be at home 24/7 waiting for them to decide to pick it up. People have to work and have things to do. I called to get her name and corp number and she hung up on me. Currently on the phone with corporate. Looking at these reviews y’all really need to get rid of Maribel horrible customer service
Orlando (store manager) and Fabian (credit manager) are great people. I would recommend them any day. I've been doing business with them for over a year and they give EXCELLENT customer service. They are not out to "prey on the weak" or out for your money. They have worked with me countless times always giving me the best deals. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. **Also if they were so bad they wouldn't have been named best store of the month in the last 4months.**
This store has great customer service I been with them for some years now. Thank You to Alex and Abraham for delivering my fridge and being so kind. The store manager she is awesome.
I just want to say that Richard is amazing!!!!! I have been a customer of his for years and if he moves to another store, I’m following him! I will not go to another store. He is very professional and cares so much about his customers and making sure they are taking care of. He just went above and beyond to get me the tv stand I was looking for. You do not find many like Richard these days! Highly recommend!!!!
