THEIR BLAMING ME FOR A MISTAKE ON THEIR AGENTS PART. They told me I could come in today yesterday and I could get money refunded. So mad and now I have to wait about a week to go back and get MY money. Never rent from this company if you do just be careful
Awful experience from Warsaw store. They 1st said the couch/loveseat was new then when signing the papers I was told it was used. They brought the items to my home the arm of the loveseat was discolored, dirty, which I refused went to the store trying to exchange the items no one seemed to know how to exchange the items the bearded man was very nice tried to take care of the issue but couldn't make it happen. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Prices are a little higher than those at a normal store but you do get the convenience of making payments as well as insurance the whole time you have it. As far as the comments about them calling you a lot that is only when you are past due. If you make your payments on time you never hear from them. Way better than Aaron’s where you pay 10x the price it’s worth.
This is a excellent place to shop great service, friendly sales associates, They helped us to pick the perfect TV for us. In just a couple days , set it up and had it working in 1/2 hour.
I have never owned anything from these people, but they have gotten it in their thick skulls that I'm someone named Donald who is apparently a week late on payments. I don't know who "Donald" is, but they were very rude the first time they called. The guy who spoke to me acted like I was lying when I told him that he had the wrong number. He kept demanding that I pay them, without even telling me that he was a rent a center representative until about 2 minutes into the call.
