Worst rent a center ever to rent from, bad customer service and management is beyond not friendly. Please takebyour money elsewhere. Friendly employees on raleigh blvd stay away from poole rd in Raleigh. You money is worth much more then that located help benefit some other store.
Just got brand new washer and dryer delivered yesterday and today I noticed that behind the washing machine, the hose came disconnected from the washer and water was behind the washer. So the guy did not connect it good. I know no one is perfect and things happen but I won't be paying for a half done job. They are suppose to come back put today between 3 and 5 to come fix it and I hope they come..
Worst experience ever and don't recommend this location. Raleigh blvd location much more professional.
Watch your words with the store manager and sales manager. They are rude and nasty. They lie to their DM who only resolves the issue for her team not the customer; to make sure they don’t have to service you. Still waiting on a refund and still have charges in my account for product they refused to deliver to me. You can report it to corporate and BBB nothing happens. RAC encourages the behavior.
There is a new manager over there name Sandra and she is the rudest person I came across in a longtime. She has the worst customer service EVER!!!!! She needs to learn her job to be honest. I have purchased things from rent a center with no problems in the past. She is very unprofessional. You know how people act when they get a job title, where there you have it, she is the perfect example. I need the VP email because I will be contacting him as well.
