Store manager , Mr Romeo is very nice, friendly, helpful. Goes above and beyond to make sure that all your needs are met. Very satisfied. If you are looking to rent something try this location.
If you don't need to furniture desperately pleassssssse don't not rent from them. I was highly upset in the beginning because I got my furniture three days late. I know things happen but they have the worst communication ever. I had to call them to find out I would not get my furniture. But here is the kicker. I'm out of town for something that came up. The lady was very nice, the unprofessional manager eatin on the floor rude doesn't listen. I would love to know what he was insinuating when he said something wrong right there asking what u need a dryer if u don't have a washer I was thinking about getting both a washer and dryer my spouse had ordered a drain pump for our washer so he only wanted to get a dryer. 10/10 Highly recommended this location! the other one on Fairview very ghetto & not professional at all! I was happy to find these new guys great customer service skills friendly nice people they deliver same dayyyy I got approved!
