Romeo is awesome. He is the reason I continue to deal with Rent A Center. All the people at this location are so nice and helpful.
If you don't need to furniture desperately pleassssssse don't not rent from them. I was highly upset in the beginning because I got my furniture three days late. I know things happen but they have the worst communication ever. I had to call them to find out I would not get my furniture. But here is the kicker. I'm out of town for something that came up. Know someone who recently rented a gaming system and as soon and they got it home and turned on cockroaches started running out!!
The lady was very nice, the unprofessional manager eatin on the floor rude doesn't listen. I would love to know what he was insinuating when he said something wrong right there asking what u need a dryer if u don't have a washer I was thinking about getting both a washer and dryer my spouse had ordered a drain pump for our washer so he only wanted to get a dryer.
