Frist of all I haven't seen a business so unorganized the appliance didn't work then we had to wait a week before until they can come fix it then am still waiting it's going on ,4 o'clock supposed to been here 1 til 3 am highly upset if a business can't handle responsibility they need to shut down you don't do people this way this is so wrong rent a center on hwy 58 and my mom is sick I have wash her clothes everyday that's why I went there for help I should of kept my old washer and dryer,but no I never expected all this ... read more
Sorry excuse for a store, horrible upper management, disrespectful and store is infested with bugs. Save your self time and money and go somewhere else
I just love Justin at the Hwy 58 store he always will try figure and work something out for you if you are having rough times! Always positive and cheerful never a dull moment with him! I wish all the managers could have an attitude like him.
I was gonna rent a tv I paid 3-14-25 but thankfully a friend gave me a tv so 3-17-25 when they opened I called&canceled the application they never delivered anything!... I was told my money would be returned no later than wednesday3-19-25 I am still waiting my next move they will not like! Return my money stealing from disabled people just horrible&when I call them I get the run around.i would not recommend them to a starving lion.
Had to change bank cards due to it being lost and I forgot to update it for my auto pay. My auto pay hasn't even been rejected a day and your store employees are already calling me as if I am always late or never pay. This kind of service makes me want to send all my stuff back. Look at my payment history and tell me why I am being called after an auto reject. Just ridiculous
