Very disappointed. I've been dealing with Rent A Center for years so I trusted them. They sold me a bed set that was put up with wood , I reached out when it cracked and my daughter leg slipped in the crease and hurt herself and MARCUS said what did I want him to do break the headboard it’s not his problem. Which is very unprofessional and unconsidered, I reached out to the store and still nobody came and fixed my bed . Marcus went above and beyond helping me choose an oven. No issues having all necessary paperwork completed. Did it all in a timely manner. He said it would be delivered in two days. It was. Exavier and another gentleman delivered it. I didn't get his name. The employees at this store are very professional and courteous. I spoke to someone named Shawn (sp) at one point on the phone as well. Polite. It seems these guys love their jobs and are knowledgeable in all they do. I'm impressed. So glad I paid off the furniture I leased because I never will do business with you guys again. You refuse to listen to your customers and treat them like they’re dirt on the bottom of your shoes. And calling people 4 or 5 times a day is ridiculous. People work during the day and can’t answer their phone but you guys seem to think you’re way more important. Maybe if y’all change your attitude, I’ll be back. Until then I’ll use your competitors
Very disappointed. I've been dealing with Rent A Center for years so I trusted them. I was sold a 65" TV not even a year ago, thinking it was new, the manager knows I only buy new since I'm paying more for the products then their worth, I pay off the TV, to only have the TV stop working. I ask what can u do about this situation, the response was purchase n new agreement. I will never trust or deal with a Rent A Center again. I have to go buy a new TV.
Always friendly and know me as soon as I walk in. I like that.
