This is the best Rent-A-Center I have ever been to. Mike the manager is an amazing guy. And Amy is an amazing lady they try to make sure you get exactly what you want and at very affordable price. I would recommend them to anyone.

These people don’t know what they are doing! Called the manager about a charge after they picked up the furniture. She didn’t want to listen to me so she hung up. Worst customer service ever!! Don’t waste your money renting from them!

First the stores address is at a different location, it’s a little further down on Main Street. I went in there to rent a TV from them. Didn’t come with a remote so they had to take it from another one. Finding another one took fifteen minutes. Had the tv for a few months before it cut out. Talk to the manager and she said it could be sent off to service. Brought the tv in and waited nearly a month and a half to get it sent in. I had an Amazon package outside and our neighbor saw a rent a center guy cut open the package and proceeded to looked inside the box and left luckily all the items where there Rent a center was notified
