Amazing service I love the energy as soon as I walked in Joseph greeted me & asked me what I was looking for he gladly assisted. He was super nice and outgoing. Great management Letha was very professional and friendly as well. Great team work and I’m happy with my new set of couches definitely will be back for more items.
The rating at this location definitely should tell you something. I wish I would have read the reviews on this place before ordering their junk. The management team and the employees are unprofessional, rude, and careless. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I ordered a $2,000 dining table. It came damaged and half the chairs are broken. Perfect, im very satisfied with costumer service and the quickness they work with. Definitely recomend and will be back for more things in the future.
Never am I coming back... I signed a contract but I didn’t sign up to get harassed, I was late 2 payments due to COVID. I communicated with them and let them know what was going on. They didn’t help, all they said was “you signed a contract”. What upset me the most was.. they came to my apartments, MY HOME and left signs on my door. You need a key to get in but somehow they did.
