New app updates stopped taking out my payments. I thought I was making my payments on time every 2 weeks and never bothered to check because it was only $45 every paycheck and they never called i go to check my balance because I wanted to possibly get a couch and it says im past due.. WTH!!! And I see that this happened to other people in the reviews. I shouldn't be held accountable for your app messing up and not taking out my payments when I signed up for it. And was on good terms for over a year.

Staff is under trained, gives out fake prices and waste your time. The manager was very unprofessional this store needs more structure.

Drove across town to pick up a desk top computer, because my original store didn't have any in stock. The transaction went smoothly, the upkeep clean.

I returned my merchandise back and it was the day my new monthly payment was due. I was assured by the workers, that I would not be due and within a few days the contract would be closed. They said I could login online, weeks later it still shows I offer and I'm part due. I was thinking of ordering again but never mind if this the way you do business. I will be sure to advise others to stay away from Rent A Center.

This store needs to figure out its employment as when I got my appliances I was working with the manager she was very easy going explained every and throught out the months was able to work with me but now that I'm was soon gonna return my appliances both because I was moving and missed a payment there was one employee Ivan who kept arguing with me after explaining there will be a delay of the week due to work but decided to keep arguing with me and refused to get me with the manager I have been originally working with.
