These people are horrible first off they over charge you for items that are supposed to be new, but the merchandise is all used on top of that all of my merchandise didn’t come in at the same time. The worst part is that they call you repeatedly on the day that your payment is due. The store manager or the associates show no compassion to their customers they don’t care if you are in the hospital or anything. Yall brought me a defective dryer and never showed up today to swap me out. Im upset. Ain't had a week and got to wait a week to get another. Said sat or Monday I just made my first payment today. Not a good way to start off with customers

Have been waiting on a refund for a 85 inch tv since end of December I was told I would receive a refund 7-10 days . Have been patiently waiting and have not received anything . Called early this week and was informed I would get the refund this week . Still have not received . Called location phone line just rings . I keep receiving payment emails for the tv that I didn’t receive but still haven’t received refund . Very disappointed

At this point I just want all my money back. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I received my washer and dryer July 29 and it was delivered on the 30th. The washer was already broken it would spin so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. The first week I informed them about it, they said they would send somebody. This went on for 3 weeks until I had to call their contractor and he had no clue about what what was going on.
