A Rent A Center employee from another location partially did an order for me over the phone then stopped responding after that day, I went to the Breckenridge location and they were AWESOMEEE!! The manager Jenni, helped me get my order complete really quick! She was nice and knows what’s she’s doing, a HUGE improvement from the last manager for sure! Go on in and lease something! The prices aren’t too bad either!
this Rent-A-Center has rude workers. especially the lady jenny She has an attitude she over talk to you and Hostile when she talks to you, I do not recommend this store in Breckenridge at all they change management every six months cause they can’t keep anybody because they’re rude and disrespectful. Don’t waste your money there.
Tried to order a couple things through them and it was a nightmare. Ordered and paid the first week. Took them weeks to get one of my items with no communication. At that point I just cancelled everything. The store manager at this location has zero customer service skills and terrible communication skills. How do these people get these managerial positions when they don’t possess the basic skills required. No wonder nobody goes there…I’ll stick with Rent One thanks
The staff there are completely abusive. How dare they issue an item to someone else—on my own account—without my authorization, especially when they are using my name and Social Security number? No employee of a company has the right to take such liberties with a client's account simply because an acquaintance of theirs feels like walking in and taking an item. Just like all the other bad ratings this store is terrible from management on down. Damaged my home and refused to fix
