Tried to order a couple things through them and it was a nightmare. Ordered and paid the first week. Took them weeks to get one of my items with no communication. At that point I just cancelled everything. The store manager at this location has zero customer service skills and terrible communication skills. How do these people get these managerial positions when they don’t possess the basic skills required. No wonder nobody goes there…I’ll stick with Rent One thanks

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED. I ordered a new mattress online and filled out all the papers, scheduled for it to be delivered today between 3-6. It becomes 5:45 so I’m wondering what’s going on. I call the office and they said “we didn’t have time to go get your mattress today and you have to finish some papers” mind you, this is 5:45 on the day it’s supposed to be delivered. I have been a customer with Rent-A-Center for over 15 years. I've never had any issues with any of the locations that I have rented from or purchased. My items from management employees have all been great. They're well educated and I don't think I would go any other route.
The main reason why I went with Rent-A-Center is because I thought I was getting a brand new washing machine. However didn't even have the washing machine a month before it needed to go to the shop to get fixed. The manager is not interested in trying to help me and avoids my phone calls. This is the worst experience that I've had with any retailer... PERIOD. If anyone has the means to get a washing machine on their own outright needs to not get from Rent-A-Center unfortunately I cannot afford a washing machine out right so ... read more
