The staff Tony, Steve are the best been dealing with them for years always looks out for me and my family.
0 STARS! I purchased a 7 piece bedroom set and noticed in the picture that some items were missing (chest). I read the description and the item was there. I did a google search to see what the set consisted of and the chest was in every picture at every other vendor. But for some reason it has been cropped out of Rent a Centers picture. So I called Tony at troost to inquire about the piece he proceeded to tell me that the chest wasn’t included but that the 7 pieces consisted of “rails and slats”. Tony was awesome.i Ben renting here over 16 years no joke .I like how he keeps it old school customer service treat people like a friend not just a dollar sign. See my son's on the spectrum and Tony understand my son needs I just made a call why I was working he said no problem he got have it at my place today. It got here just in time fore his movie he HAS to WATCH. Thank you Tony thank you
Everything went smoothly and it was an easy process quite a bit of hidden charges though so that sucked I would rather you just tell me all the fees upfront....honesty is key
Lekesha and Cody are two of the most unprofessional people I've ever came in contact with. The entire store is a mess. They're disrespectful, and rude. They both have horrible customer service
