Really bad customer service. First off they don't have anything they claim to have on their website. When we paid on line, they were supposed to call us the next day but they didn't, whatever. We got the references that we needed and they told us we should be fine to get the washer and dryer delivered. Still waiting for a phone call as promised but nothing, so when we called back they told us they didn't have any dryers but not too worry because they were gonna rush it. Worst customer service experience of my life. Google should allow a Zero star rating. Please compare the price,specially the total payment at the end of your contract and I’m sure you will change your mind if you are a elementary school math smart.
Theres only one other review other then mine and clearly its a one star too . Never had a problem with them in ten yrs and have always paid our account 1-2 weeks before due date and the one time , i am late on a payment they are knocking on my door, just so happens that we were going through a medical hardship when we did miss the payment . Was told I have a red flag on my account for returning rented items. 1st computer was to slow, the second one I could not log in because it was not properly rest from previous renter. Last I got was a 80” tv. I have always gone larger in size ever time a by a tv. For the first time in my life she was right, it was to big. Now I try to get laptop, and Atlantic City location tells me I am red flagged for renting to much from RENT a centet. Lol
