Be very careful getting stuff from this store. I got a couch from them. They told me it had been cleaned and checked. It had roaches. They did come back and get it and refunded my money but it's disgusting and they will tell you anything just to make a sell.
Most rude, disrespectful, nasty furniture, Apliance place I have ever been to in my life. I have completed a few rentals back in day there. My fridge went out during the ice storm of 2025… RENT A CENTER is always sending me text and emails with special offers. I went into the store and was going to rent a simple fridge for like 2 weeks, until I got my Samsung stainless French door fridge fixed. Horrible with delivery. Was told by store that they don’t “waste time” coming to my area if they have no other deliveries after i scheduled online. They claimed they needed to make sure i wanted those items at that time. I saw the truck drive by right before hearing this and i was told they couldn’t deliver my product because they didn’t put it on the truck, forcing me to wait another day after i already waited 1-4pm for them to come. If I could give zero stars I would…….however, I will never go thru rent a center again! They do not care what “LIFE” throws at you and they won’t work with you throughout it! Everything is about “their merchandise”. If you miss payments be prepared to get called several times, them pop up at your home and leave notices several times a day….even offer to come collect money/payment from you at your job! And I Definitely don’t recommend renting any phone from them because if u miss your payment they will deactivate your phone ... read more
Great place they will take care of you and make sure to help you get furniture or electronics as well as pretty much anything you need for your apartment or home the prices are alittle higher then if you buy at a store with cash but they have great payment options for anyone and they work with you if you lose your job or you change your mind on something they give you a good approval amount to start as long as you make your payments you will be paid off overtime.
