Just don't! Go to Aaron's or just find a different place to buy anything. Not good at communicating you have to call them for updates. Just very poor customer service
I needed a recliner chair for my mom whom is about to have back surgery. It was a quick/easy process to set up over the phone. Stephanie was the one that answered my call and she did a great job! Her customer service skills are 👌👌 👍 👍 I will definitely be back to this location in the future!
If I could give them zero stars I would. Their manager, Stephanie, is hands down one of the rudest people I have even encountered. I called the other day trying to get in touch with the district manager because the store that I dealt with refused to put me in touch with the DM. If you want to rent till you own this is the place
Please Don’t waste your time and money ! I have been trying to receive a sectional couch from them since June 9th, it’s June 24!! They have Been giving me the run around since I started. Since June 9 I had 3 contracts . The first contract was voided on the day I was expected to received the sectional because the manager said I didn’t signed the agreement but (NOBODY) thought to called a day or 2 before my delivery to tell me that but okay!
