I’m never buying furniture the regular way again! I love Donnie and ms Jessica and my other rep I forgot her name. this Rent a center location will always be my go to. My home feels so elegant with the furniture I got there. I can’t believe I almost fully own an 86” tv. They have made my home so comfortable. The guys that come set it up are so fast and always on time.
Update: DO NOT USE THIS STORE! Already in process of speaking with district manager but do want everyone to know our experience. I really do not like to write bad reviews but after my experience I'm trying to prevent it from happening to someone else. Great experience with Rent-A-Center! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was easy and stress-free. Everything went smoothly and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.
Jessica was a great help. She communicated with me through the whole process and was great help finding a nice bedroom set for my daughter.
Donnie is rude and offensive towards the elderly and disabled. I was hesitant in writing this because Krystal and the rest of the crew has always been great. My husband and I are both Senior Citizens, and the Account is in his name. One of our accounts has one more payment of about $69 to pay it off, and our other accounts maybe 3mths before we hit the 6mths mark.
