The only thing I didn't like was having to carry my own mattresses up the stairs by myself. If they told me I would have to do that I forgot. Delivery was also late. But I really like the staff. They will work with you & get you a deal and actually have morals and respect. And these are the most comfortable beds I've ever laid on. My kids are satisfied.

I did the rental agreement on a washer and dryer. And was told that I could pick up the items .When I went on Thursday to pick them up. The dryer had been sent to someone else's home and I had to wait for them to pick it back up and then deliver it to me on Friday. My delivery time was set for 1pm to 3pm. I called to cancel my order almost a month after I placed it, was told they were not able to cancel as they hadn’t received the product from their vendor. Never received a call to follow up or to let me know anything. I never received a phone call that my couch was ready for delivery. I was only told that when I called to cancel my order. I have yet to get my refund from my first payment although my contract was canceled. My boyfriend currently has a couch through here, at this location. Where do I begin.. let’s start off with the fact that we were out back mowing and the driver came down into our back yard (we have no trespassing signs at that). The driver proceeded to THREATEN my boyfriend because of the way he was looking at him, yes all he was doing was looking at him and the driver threatened him. If I were you, I’d STEER CLEAR of this location. They also call countless times per day even if you’re one day late.

Unless you want to get scammed I would %100 pass on this place . Never called me back to schedule my coach delivery after ghosting me . Finally someone responded today only to state that they refused to give me a refund . Not honest , Lynchburg and this store specifically are horrible and unprofessional.
