We bought a 85 inch TV from them, the back separated so they came to replace it. They didn’t have our kind of tv in so gave us a different brand. They came with that tv and broke it in my living room trying to set it up. They then go back to the store for a different tv and call us and say this one works and they are bringing it but it is out of the box ready to set up. I was told I would have my refund within 72 hours, it's been 5 days and still no refund. This store is rude, they offer little to no help. If you want good service go to Aarons!
